The Kentucky Retail Institute created the Retail Operations Specialist Training Course as a way to support our future retail leaders further by providing realistic expectations with on-the-job skills that they’ll learn to harness every day.
Knowledge is Power.
Course students will learn from seasoned retailers all the skills and education they require to understand every aspect of retail operations and how to apply their knowledge efficiently. Skills include customer service, logistics, team leadership, financial management, marketing, sales, and much more. Upon successfully completing each module, trainees will receive a certificate of completion.
